3. Engagement & Payment

Project pricing shown on the Services page is a starting range and subject to change based on scope. A project is considered confirmed only once both parties agree on scope and payment terms in writing. Payment schedules, milestones, and any advance/retainer requirements will be specified per engagement.

4. Client Data & Confidentiality

Any business data, files, or account access shared with us for the purpose of an engagement will be used solely to deliver the agreed services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. You remain the owner of your own business data at all times.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, dashboards, reports, and custom deliverables created for a client become the client's property upon full payment. The Black Wolf Tech retains the right to reuse general methods, templates, and non-client-specific know-how developed during an engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we take care to ensure accuracy in analysis and reporting, we are not liable for business decisions made based on our deliverables, nor for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice, subject to payment for work completed up to the termination date. Specific notice periods for retainer arrangements will be defined in the applicable proposal or agreement.

8. Governing Law
