1. Digital Product Policy
All items available in our Shop — such as eBooks, templates, and other downloadable resources — are digital products.
Because digital goods are delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

- Change of mind after download
- Product compatibility issues due to user devices/software
- Shared or redistributed files

2. Duplicate or Failed Payments
