All items available in our Shop are delivered digitally via email or direct download link — no physical items are shipped unless specifically stated otherwise.

After a successful payment, digital products are delivered automatically through:
- A download link on the order confirmation page, or
- A delivery email sent to your registered email address.
Most digital purchases are accessible immediately after payment confirmation.
If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at info@theblackwolftech.com.
3. Physical Products (If Applicable)
In rare cases where physical merchandise or printed materials are offered:
- Shipping timelines will be displayed at checkout.
- Delivery typically takes 5–14 business days depending on your location.
- You will receive a tracking link (if available).
4. Download Access Duration
Digital downloads remain available for access through your account or order email. However, it is recommended that you download and securely store your files immediately after purchase.
We are not responsible for loss of access due to expired download links, account deletion, or email issues.
5. Delivery Issues
If you experience a delivery failure (broken link, corrupted file, or non-receipt of email):

- Include your order ID and product name.
We will reissue the digital product or assist with troubleshooting promptly.

7. No Physical Returns
