1. Digital Services
Our services include web development, portfolio creation, blogging, and animation.
Because these services involve customized work, we cannot provide refunds once work has begun or is completed.
However, we may consider partial refunds before the start of a project — subject to review and administrative deductions.
2. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, etc.)
All digital products sold through our Shop are non-refundable.
Once a purchase is made and the download link is provided, the sale is considered final.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Inability to download or open files (unless a verified technical issue exists on our end)
- Product expectations not matching subjective opinions
3. Accidental Purchases
If you made a purchase by mistake, contact us within 24 hours at info@theblackwolftech.com with your order details.
Refunds for accidental purchases are granted only if the digital file has not been downloaded or accessed.
4. Cancellation Policy (Services Only)
If you need to cancel a project before work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Before project initiation: Eligible for partial refund after deducting administrative or setup fees.
- After project initiation: No refund is possible once the project is in progress or completed.
5. Duplicate Payments
In the rare event of duplicate or overcharged payments, please contact us immediately. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Delivery Failure
If a digital product fails to deliver due to a technical issue (e.g., link not working, file not received), please email us at info@theblackwolftech.com within 7 days of purchase.
We will reissue the product or provide an appropriate resolution.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds (for eligible cases) are processed within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment method or financial institution.
